Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible (info@taerajewelry.com) or fill out the form in the 'contact us' section. This does not guarantee cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.

We accept returns on new and unused items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.  Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. 

To process your return within the US, please email us at info@taerajewelry.com.  Please use 'Return' in the subject line of your email.. In the email, please include your order number + shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip, included in your order. 

You can choose to return or exchange your item/s for a refund to your original form of payment (minus a $9.99 handling fee) or an exchange or store credit (at no fee). If your jewelry arrived damaged or you got the wrong item, email us within 48 hours at info@taerajewelry.com.

Refunds are only processed once your package arrives to us!  Please note that we can't process refunds more than 30 days after the date of shipment, so please keep that in mind.
